Architectural Drafter
Qualification
  1. Bachelor’s Degree (S-1) in Architecture or related field.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter in building or construction projects.
  3. Proficient in 2D and 3D AutoCAD or ZWCAD architectural documentation techniques.
  4. Strong understanding of architectural detailing and technical documentation.
  5. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, discipline, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  6. Willing to work on-site (Batam area)
  7. Professional certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and develop detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
  2. Collaborate with MEP Drafter and engineering teams to ensure drawing coordination and consistency across disciplines.
  3. Revise and update drawings based on design changes or feedback from architects and engineers.
  4. Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, local building codes, and SNI standards.
  5. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a multidisciplinary project environment.
  6. Maintain well-organized drawing documentation and version control.
