MEP Drafter
Qualification
Minimum Associate Degree (D-3) or Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as MEP Drafter installation, design, or supervision in commercial building projects such as hotels and apartments, etc.
Proficient in AutoCAD and preferably familiar with Revit MEP or other relevant design software.
Solid understanding of MEP planning and design standards — including local building codes, SNI standards, and general MEP construction practices.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, discipline, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Willing to work on-site (Batam area).
Professional certification (e.g., from the Institution of Engineers Indonesia – PII) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Create and develop precise MEP drawings that meet project design and construction standards.
Ensure all drawings align with technical specifications, codes, and client requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineers and other design team to to support the drafting and design process.
Update and revise drawings based on engineer or planner feedback from engineers and planners.
Maintain a well-organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project for easy access and tracking.
